In times of working from home, the number of face-to-face meetings and conferences is constantly decreasing. This is why companies are increasingly deciding not to hold their meetings on their own offices, but are looking for an unusual conference location for their get-together. After all, the focus is not only on the workshop or training: employee motivation and getting to know each other is promoted by additional team-building measures.
As a spectacular event location, FlyStation Munich offers an alternative to a conference hotel in the north of Munich – only 6 kilometers from Munich Airport. Depending on the seating arrangements, our two conference rooms can accommodate small groups of 8 to 15 people through to large seminars with 20 to 40 participants.
As a highlight, bodyflying offers an exciting activity with an adrenaline guarantee at the end of the conference. The feeling of flying, which most participants have never experienced before, allows them to push boundaries and grow together as a team.

The bright, ground-floor event room with floor-to-ceiling windows is ideal for conferences, seminars or meetings with 15 – 40 people.
It is also the ideal room for get-togethers with larger groups. Unseated, there is enough space for 100 people, a buffet or our mobile cocktail bar on 70 square meters.

Our quiet meeting room on the first floor is perfect for meetings and conferences for up to 15 people.
Our coffee bar and the windtunnel for bodyflying are also located on the same floor.

Windtunnel hall
The central element – the entire space around our wind tunnel – can also be hired exclusively.
Would you like to hold a private meeting with your entire team and then fly and celebrate in a unique experience location? With sufficient advance planning, we can close our wind tunnel to the public on request.
The entire facility, including all meeting rooms and the wind tunnel, can also be hired for your event. This provides you with an even more private conference and team-building environment. Contact us for a non-binding offer!

With every booking, our bar with hot and cold drinks is available to you for the duration of your event. We are also happy to offer the following additional services:

- Non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (after the flight)
